Here is the recipe for Harvey Wallbanger Cake.

Butter and flour a bundt pan Heat oven to 350 degrees.

1 Duncan Hines moist yellow cake mix 1 31/2 oz (I think all you can get now is a 3.4 oz package - it works) vanilla instant pudding mix 1 cup cooking oil 4 eggs 1/4 cup vodka 1/4 cup Galliano 3/4 cup orange juice.

Put into a mixing bowl (I just put them in in the above order) and mix until blended. Do not over mix. There may be some small lumps but don't worry about them.

Bake for 45-55 minutes. Note cooking time will vary by oven. I normally set ours for 40 minutes and check. You do not want to over cook. Top should be golden brown. Check with knife to see if done.

Remove from oven and let stand about 5 minutes. Turn over and place on a plate. Let cool completely and then dust with powdered sugar. - 143.81.248.53

[edit] "Gem of a restaurant"

There has been a recent resurgence of the Harvey Wallbanger in Buffalo NY. Particularly at a gem of a bar called Founding Fathers.'

Does this really belong here? This sounds like an advert, and has no place here. I have, however, no way to fix it. 69.123.35.191 23:33, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
