This page was marked for deletion, and I have added reference to cite the article material. Please let me know if there is more I should do to avoid having this article deleted. This man is notable because he is the CEO of a Fortune 500 recognized company.

Your source does not talk about his awards, technical societies or community involvement. You should source those as well or they'll be removed under WP:BLP. ColourBurst 18:00, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
