It is legal to put this picture from the Games Workshop official website on another site as long as it is credited as being a Games Workshop product. This image of the "Harad Banner Bearer" miniature is unchanged from what it was in on the Games Workshop site, except that it has been converted to JPG format. As Wikipedia is a non-commercial site, it is believed that it is fair use of this copyrighted image.
