Harvest Moon for Girls is a subcategory of the Harvest Moon game series.

The first Harvest Moon for Girls title which appeared on PlayStation, Bokujō Monogatari Harvest Moon For Girls, is the same basic game as Harvest Moon: Back to Nature but with girl-oriented events and the ability to marry 5 bachelors. The game ends after you (the character) have your child. Due to the limited nature of the game and the male dominated overseas PlayStation market Natsume chose not to release a U.S. version of this game.

Second in the series, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town for Girls for Game Boy Advance, was given a U.S. release under the name Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. The third game, Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life for Girls, was also released in the U.S. as Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life.
