Hartfield railway station

Hartfield railway station is a closed railway station in East Sussex, on the line from Tunbridge Wells West to East Grinstead. It formerly served the village of Hartfield. The station building is now divided between a day nursery and a private house.

The route of the railway line is now a cycle path (the Forest Way).

The station opened with the line, and closed with it in 1966. A.A. Milne, the creator of Winnie-the-Pooh, lived in Hartfield.
