Hart Mountain is a fault-block mountain, in Lake County, Oregon. It lies about 30 miles to the east of Lakeview.

It is sometimes confused with a mountain range, but is more properly described as one mountain.

At the base of the mountain lies the Warner Wetlands reserve, home to waterfowl and other wildlife. A trail leads half a mile into the wetlands to a 'hide'. The top of the mountain contains the Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge, with pronghorn antelope and bighorn sheep.
