Harry Kennedy

Harry Kennedy (February 21, 1952 - ) is a Missouri State Senator. He is a lifelong resident of St. Louis, Missouri.

He graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication. He is a member of the Catholic parish of St. Mary Margdalene in St. Louis.

He was elected as a member of the Democratic Party to the Missouri House of Representatives in 1996, 1998, and 2000. He was elected to the Missouri State Senate in a special election in 2001, and again in 2004.

He is currently a member of the following Senate Committees:

  • Aging, Families, and Mental Health
  • Economic Development, Tourism, and Local Government
  • Financial and Governmental Organizations and Elections
  • Pensions, Veteran's Affairs and General Laws.
