Harry Elliott (born November 2, 1891, Scarcliffe, Derbyshire, died February 2, 1976, Derby) was an English cricketer who played in 4 Tests from 1928 to 1934. Elliott later turned to umpiring; he officiated in seven Tests between 1950 and 1953. Harry Elliott's nephew Charlie was also an international Test umpire from 1957 to 1974.

In domestic first-class cricket, Harry Elliott played for English county side Derbyshire from 1920 to 1947. A wicketkeeper, Elliott, in his 532 first-class games, claimed 1206 victims - 903 caught, 303 stumped.
