Harry E. Kinney

Harry E. Kinney (1924–May 9, 2006) was Mayor of Albuquerque for two terms, from 1974--77 and 1981--1985, as well as Chairman of the City Commission from 1971--1973. Before entering politics, he worked as an engineer; after his retirement from public life, he was a substitute teacher in the Albuquerque public schools[1].
