Harriet Bland is an American athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres.

She competed for the United States in the 1936 Summer Olympics held in Berlin, Germany in the 4 x 100 metres where she won the gold medal with her team mates Annette Rogers, Betty Robinson and Helen Stephens who was the Olympic 100 metre champion].
