Hardwicke Stakes

The Hardwicke Stakes is a Group 2 flat horse race in the United Kingdom for four-year-old and above thoroughbreds run over a distance of 1 mile 4 furlongs (2,414 metres) at Ascot Racecourse during the Royal Ascot meeting in June.
First run in 1879 the race was named after Charles Philip Yorke, 5th Earl of Hardwicke.
