[edit] History
Hardliner formed in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada in 1999. The band performed at local clubs and venues, and went through some lineup changes before eventually releasing a six-song E.P., entitled 'Generation Why?' in 2001. Hardiner had interviews on Canada's CBC Radio and live footage shown MuchMusic's weekly programme 'Going Coastal.' After more lineup changes and some more shows, the band decided to disband indefinitely in 2004.
