Hard Times for Haggis is an episode of the animated series Ren and Stimpy. It was written by Jim Gomez and Chris Reccardi, the background color design was done by Scott Wills, and this cartoon was directed by Chris Reccardi.

Haggis MacHaggis, a TV star loses all popularity, due to the new show Ren and Stimpy. Therefore, Ren and Stimpy take his house and all his possessions. Haggis gets depressed, hungry and left on the streets, until he thinks up a plan to ruin them, through the show 'Ben and Stumpy'. Unfortunately, it works too well, and Ren, Stimpy and Haggis all end up as actors without jobs.

  • This episode comes with the bumper 'Dog Water'.
  • 'Dog Water' is also shown with 'Ren's Retirement', but this time in colour and not black and white.
