Harald Cerny (born September 13, 1973 in Vienna) is an Austrian football midfielder, capped 48 times for the national team. He has scored 4 international goals. Cerny began his career in FC Bayern München, but currently plays for city rivals TSV 1860 München, for whom he has 254 Bundesliga matches.
His surname is of Czech origin - Černý. He is married and has two children.
