[edit] Storyline
The film follows the lives of a diverse group of mostly wealthy Americans through the emotional ups and downs in their lives that are loosely connected to each other by a restaurant. The film deals with a woman reluctantly agreeing to work with a cynical independent film producer in order to locate the baby she secretly gave up for adoption after becoming pregnant from her step-brother (who is later found to be gay). Her gay brother and his domestic partner are deciding whether or not to adopt a child, while a young teenager is involved with a band and trying to keep his father from learning that he is gay, while dealing with the gold-digging women in his father's life.
