HAPPY BIVOUAC was an LP album released by the Japanese rock band the pillows on December 2, 1999. Many of the songs in the album, such as "LAST DINOSAUR" and "Crazy Sunshine", were featured as background music as well as an instrumental version of the song "Advice" in the Gainax animated series FLCL. This album also marks the first appearance of bassist Jun Suzuki.

Note: There are numerous references to Pixies on this album. At the end of 'Back seat dog", as it fades out, the pillows can be heard singing the chorus to "Here comes your man", from the Pixies album Doolittle. Track 8, Kim Deal, is named after the Pixies' bassist. In some of the pictures Yamanaka is wearing a shirt with a cartoon image of Deal.
