Hao Meng (郝萌; d. 198) was an officer under Lü Bu who rebelled against Lü Bu, and Gao Shun killed him.

In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms novel, when Lü Bu was being pursued by Cao Cao, Hao Meng asked for the help of Yuan Shu. However, while doing so he ended up being captured and beheaded.
