Not a bad start. Could obviously use some expansion overall. Also, introduction should include location and dates of establishment and/or significance. An intro should be able to stand alone, and "Hanyang Arsenal was one of the largest and oldest modern arsenals in Chinese history" tells the reader just about nothing.
