Hannu Siitonen (born 18 March 1949 in Parikkala) was a Finnish athlete who competed mainly in the Javelin throw.

He competed for Finland in the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the Javelin throw where he won the Silver medal.
