Hanne Harlem (1964-) was personal secretary to the Norwegian Minister of Family and Consumer Affairs in 1990, personal secretary to the Minister of Children and Family Affairs 1991 and Minister of Justice 2000-2001 in the first cabinet Stoltenberg. She is the sister of former Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland.
