Han Jong-in was a figure skater representing the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the 2006 Winter Olympics. He was born on August 9, 1978 in North Korea, where he currently resides in Pyongyang. While at the olympics, he had the honor of bearing the special Unification Flag alongside South Korean speed skater, Bora Lee.

His good fortune ceased after the opening ceremonies, as he placed last in men's figure skating. Overall, he was in thirtieth place in the short program, and did not qualify for the long program.
