Hameed, I reverted your changes at Rajesh Khanna. You have restored text that seems to be copied from a newspaper article. The text is full of fan gush, personal opinions, and unsupported assertions. We have to be extra-careful because Mr. Khanna is still alive. Mistakes hurt a living person.
If you want to work on Rajesh Khanna, you might want to make sure that there are good articles for all of his movies. Zora 21:15, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
I just saw the article you made (WikiProject Indian cinema). If you want to join, go to Wikipedia:WikiProject Indian cinema and add your name to the list of participants. Good luck! --Mr. Lefty Talk to me! 21:54, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
- Just go to the page, and click the "edit" link by the headline that says "Participants." Then, go to the bottom of the edit window and type in "#~~~~", which will make an entry similar to the others. Click "Save page" when you're done. Happy editing! --Mr. Lefty Talk to me! 22:02, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Please do not fill articles with unverified claims
Hameed, Wikipedia is not the right place for you to post essays praising Rajesh Khanna to the heavens, using material that is completely unsourced and unverifiable! We include material that can be found in a RELIABLE source, not film gossip columns. Furthermore, we add references and links so that readers can check for themselves whether or not we've quoted accurately. We do not state personal opinions as fact. You seem to worship Rajesh Khanna; other people may think that he's a hack actor and unworthy of notice. Who's right? Wikipedia doesn't take any position. We only include opinions as quotes. We can't say "Rajesh is the biggest superstar ever." We can, however, say that "Critic X said that Rajesh is the biggest superstar ever." Do you see the difference? Even people who don't agree with Critic X can agree that he said what he said.
Please don't keep restoring bad versions of the article. Zora 08:08, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
