[edit] Re: Helen Clark edit
Hi Ham. I reverted its addition because it is relatively controversial (it makes an assertion) and without a reference. If you can provide a source, then I'd not object. I let the sentence previous stand because it's not controversial - that is, as with any pollie, Clark of course distanced herself. I don't think the sentence attributes any truth to her claims; it simply notes them. Thanks, --cj | talk 09:49, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
Fair enough. I don't think anyone really believed that she didn't notice her car going 170, but you can't really write that! Have added a reference. 210.86.86.192 09:57, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re poll
Hello Ham, I note your summary when you reverted the Helen Clark page, which was "made polling more general - we can't update it every time a new poll comes out)". We sure can update it every time a new poll comes out, and it might be a very accurate indicator too. I will update as warranted. I tried to leave this info in an edit summary on the HC page but seem to be getting edit conflict probs so have posted it here. Regarding being more general, the trend has quite clearly moved to be more specific in articles. See the recent HC Controversies section edits for instance. Cheers. Moriori 04:04, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
