Halo are a heavy metal band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1994 and who are now based in London, England and are a signed to Relapse Records.

The band is best known for touring with Pig Destroyer and Total Fucking Destruction, two bands which are totally opposite of Halo's style. Halo, despite their music style, have close ties in the grindcore realm.
