Halha River

Halha River (Russian: Халхин-Гол; Chinese: 哈拉哈河) is a river flowing down through the valleys in Mongolia and China. Length of river is 232 km.

Halha River is famous of Battle of Khalkhin Gol, where Russian forces defeated the Japanese Kwantung Army in August 1939.
