Hair of the Dog Brewing

Hair of the Dog Brewing is a Portland, Oregon based microbrewery, known for their unusual^[1][2] beers. Their claim to worldwide fame was their barley wine Dave (29% ABV), which is the strongest beer ever brewed. The high alcohol level was achieved by repeated freezing and removal of the frozen water. Dave is no longer brewed.^[3]
