[edit] About Me

My name is Chris Hagerman. I'm 22 years old and I live in Lutz, Florida. I work full time as a Business Analyst where I plan and develop computer software for Busch Gardens Africa. Before my current role in the park, I supervised the Tanganyika Tidal Wave attraction (~20 team members) for two years and then the park's general admissions department (~100 team members) for 1 1/2 years.

I'm addicted to theme parks. When I use vacation time from work, I usually coordinate a coaster trip. I've been to over 30 different parks across the country and I've been on over 200 different roller coasters. I take pictures of every coaster in the park (weather permitting) and lately, I've been uploading some of my photos to Wikimedia Commons for use in coaster articles that lack photos. I have taken over two-thousand theme park photos, so I've got quite a bit to contribute. I've been to most parks in the eastern United States; if you are looking for a specific image, drop me a note on my talk page.

I develop software in C#.NET, Visual Basic .NET, Visual Basic, Java, PHP, and ASP.NET. However, I'm limited to programming in C# .NET and Visual Basic at work. I actively use Microsoft SQL Server, though I'm quite familiar with MySQL and PostgreSQL.

I prefer Mac OS X and my primary computer is an iMac Core Duo. However, I don't develop software for the OS X platform. I also have a system running Windows XP and a Linux system running Fedora Core 5.

[edit] HagermanBot

I run a bot that continuously monitors Wikipedia and adds a signature to comments that are not signed correctly. Please visit the user page for HagermanBot to find out more information on it. If you are experiencing any problems as a result of the bot, please contact me on my talk page. If the bot is seriously malfunctioning, please have an administrator block it until I can determine the cause of the issue.

[edit] Vandalism

I am strongly against vandalism on Wikipedia because I feel it: ruins the integrity of Wikipedia, confuses new users, and harms efforts of the editors who wrote the article. As a result, I actively monitor recent page changes using VandalSniper and revert any vandalism attempts.

I am human, so I do make mistakes. If you feel I've made a mistake about reverting your changes, please feel free to revert your changes (making sure to include an edit summary) and then leave me a message.
