The Hafizabad district (Urdu: حافظ آباد) is one of the districts in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. It is situated in the central punjab and is pretty much famous in rice industry. The rice of this territory has special image in the rice industry. This was made a district in 1995, before this it was working as Tehseel. The most famous village of this district is Kot Ishaq which has its own value and territory importance.
