Active primarily in the area of medieval English. Other areas of knowledge include computer programming and Japanese.
- Achievements (or, articles I've written or edited significantly)
- Confessio Amantis, one of the monuments of Ricardian literature
- Ormulum, the most tedious poem ever written (with Geogre; now a featured article)
- Ayenbite of Inwyt, a moral treatise notable primarily for not being quite as dull as the Ormulum
- Two manuscript articles, Junius 11 and Cotton Vitellius A. xv
- Thirty days hath September, a medieval rhyme that's still part of our oral traditions
I don't expect this list to grow too quickly. Ars longa, tempus liber breuis and all that.
- Footnotes (or, articles I've written or started on subjects outside my areas of expertise, because somebody had to)
I hope this list won't grow too quickly, because I can't guarantee the accuracy of stuff on it (at least one of these was subsequently shown to contain significant errors). Any passing experts who felt inspired to revise or expand these articles would earn my undying gratitude.
I was given a barnstar for attempting to provide people with all the pertinent facts when I proposed an article for deletion. Now all I need is a barn to hang it on.
