HO* is a popular Hip-Hop dancer in Ottawa. Paid advertising, such as flyers and other advertising have been put out across the city. Therefore this is not a promotional artice. People who see the site, especially other dancers often want to know more about the people involved in their field. This Wikipedia page is not intended as advertising, it was created as a public article for those interested in dancing to be able to research and learn about other dancers such as this one.
