Mauricio Héctor Pineda (born July 13, 1975 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football defender. He appeared for Argentina at the 1998 World Cup, scoring their winning goal in their final group match against Croatia.
He started playing professionally for Huracán in 1993, and moved to Boca Juniors in 1995. After 2 seasons he transferred to Italian Udinese Calcio. He was loaned to RCD Mallorca for the 1998/99 season, to SSC Napoli in 2001/2002, and to Cagliari Calcio in 2002/03, playing for Udinesse in the other seasons, and returning to Argentina to play for Club Atlético Lanús in 2003.
