Håbo Municipality

Håbo is a municipality in Uppsala County, in east central Sweden. It covers an area of 142.2 km². Of the total population of 17468, 8976 are male, and 8492 are female. The population density of the community is 123 inhabitants per km². The municipal seat is Bålsta. Since 2001, Håbo also has a railway connection in the commuter railway extension to Bålsta. Coming with this, Bålsta now also offers interchange to regional railways, similar to Märsta, Sundbyberg and Kungsängen.
