Gwenno Pipette

Gwenno Pipette (born Gwenno Saunders in 1981) is a singer and keyboard player with the band The Pipettes.

Cardiff born Gwenno joined the band in April 2005 after founder member Julia left, and is most notable for her lead vocals on the single "Pull Shapes" and the chorus of "Your Kisses Are Wasted On Me".

Gwenno had previously been a solo electropop singer, mostly in the Welsh and Cornish languages (her father is leading Cornish language poet and linguist Tim Saunders), as well as presenting youth programmes on S4C. Prior to that she was a cast member in the Michael Flatley productions Lord Of The Dance and Feet of Flames.
