Guy Hebert

Guy Andre Hebert, (born January 7, 1967) is a former professional ice hockey player. Despite being an American born in Troy, New York, he used the French pronunciation of his first and last names because it "sounded better."

Guy Hebert was drafted by St. Louis in 1987, when he was a sophomore at Hamilton College. Hebert played in the minors, for the Peoria Rivermen, until he was called up to the St. Louis Blues in December 1991. Hebert was the first pick of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the 1993 NHL Expansion Draft, and he played there until the 2000-2001 season, making him the last of the original Ducks with the team, after which he signed with the New York Rangers. He retired following the 2001 season.
