Guy Cloutier

Guy Cloutier (born 1940 in the Province of Quebec, Canada) is an entertainment industry producer and a convicted child sex offender.

Cloutier adapted reality TV to the Quebec market. Entertainers Stephanie Cloutier and Veronique Cloutier are his daughters, and his son in law is Colorado Avalanche's goaltender Jose Theodore.

On December 20, 2004, he was sentenced to 3 and a half years (42 months) in prison for sexually abusing Nathalie Simard and another child.

He started in managing and CD production by forming Productions Guy Cloutier in 1969. He produced Loft Story, a made-in-Quebec reality TV show, even Taillefer & filles, a cooking show where Taillefer sisters cook their favourite meals to audience.

Cloutier pleaded guilty to five charges, including sexual assault, indecent assault and having sex with a female under 14 who was not his wife. He was sentenced to 26 months in prison. It was revealed that one victim was Nathalie Simard.

The pedophile also entered a guilty plea to a charge of indecent assault involving another minor whose name and gender were not made public. He received a 16-month sentence in that case.

Guy Cloutier Communications became Novem Communications Inc. in October 2004.
