Guts has a number of meanings, both as a single word and as an acronym:

• In medicine or physiology, guts is a common term for the gastrointestinal tract.
• In English slang, guts also means courage or fortitude.
• "Spill your guts" is a phrase that means to reveal information.
• In slang, especially that of urban culture and Hip-Hop, guts is used to describe the inside of the vagina, ie, to be "in them guts."
