The Guns and Dope Party is a frivolous American political party. While the party is generally libertarian in its principles, it presents its positions in a facetious manner, and also advocates such things as replacing one third of Congress with ostriches.

The party has consistently supported "everybody" for president. Voters are encouraged to write-in their own name on the ballot.

Members of the Guns and Dope Party regularly host a theme camp at Nevada's yearly counter-culture rich Burning Man festival.

Their website is apparently maintained by author Robert Anton Wilson.
