Gullspång Municipality is a Municipality in Västra Götaland County, in western Sweden. Its seat is in Gullspång.

Gullspång borders to Mariestad Municipality and Töreboda Municipality in Västra Götaland County; the border to Töreboda is marked by the Göta Canal. It also east-wards borders to Laxå Municipality in Örebro County and north-wards to Kristinehamn Municipality.

The southern part of the municipality contains the northern part of Swedish national park Tiveden.
