Guinobatan is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Albay, Philippines. It is the birthplace of Gen. Simon Arboleda Ola, the last Filipino general to surrender to the Americans after the Philippine-American War.

According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 71,071 people in 14,154 households.
