Guildford railway station is a station on the South line, Sydney of the CityRail network. The station has two side platforms.

The station is served by two trains per hour with additional services in weekday peak hours. Cumberland line trains operate only on weekday peak hours. A new overhead bridge with lifts on either side, has been constructed.

The side platforms have access to the adjacent streets and are connected by a subway ramp, giving this station limited Easy Access for wheelchairs.
