Gui can refer to the following:

• Gui is short for Guilherme or Guilhermo; in English, this name translates to William.
• GUI is short for graphical user interface, a term used to describe a type of interface in computing.
• 贵, or Guì, is an abbreviation for the Guizhou province of the People's Republic of China.
• 桂, or Gui, is also an abbreviation for the Guangxi province of the People's Republic of China.
• 鬼, or guǐ, is Chinese for "ghost". The same character in Japanese refers to oni, the demons and ogres of Japanese folklore.
• GUI is Guinea National Olympic Committee's three-letter country code allocated by International Olympic Committee (IOC)
