Guesch Patti, (16 March 1946), born Patricia Porasse, is a French singer.

Patti was born in Paris France. She choose her artist name from the nickname she had as a child Guesch. Patty is a pet name for Patricia. She first started her career at dancing at age 9 when she performed in a ballet at the Opéra National de Paris. Her biggest hit was the 1986 summer hit Étienne from her 1988 album Labyrinthe. The song was certified a gold single in France and the single went to the number one spot in nine countries.
