Guerrilla Games is a Dutch first party game developer belonging to Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. They developed Killzone for Sony Computer Entertainment and Shellshock: Nam '67 for Eidos Interactive.

The company was formerly known as Lost Boys Games, being part of the big Dutch multimedia company Lost Boys, the company was re-launched as Guerrilla in July 2003. Lost Boys Games was formed after two prospective Dutch game developers were bought by Lost Boys: Orangegames founded by Arjan Brussee and Digital Infinity founded by Arnout van der Kamp.

The Lost Boys company went through a lot of mergers and it is speculated the games division was not wanted anymore. Lost Boys' founder Michiel Mol invested with his new media enterprise Media Republic in the games developer and the company was renamed to Guerrilla Games.

In 2004, Guerrilla Games signed an exclusive deal with Sony Computer Entertainment. Under the deal, Guerrilla will develop games exclusively for Sony's consoles (PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Portable).

Killzone: Liberation was released for the PlayStation Portable in October, and Killzone 3 is in development for the PS3.
