Grube

Grube is a municipality in the district of Ostholstein, in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is situated near the Baltic Sea coast, approx. 15 km south of Heiligenhafen, and 45 km northeast of Lübeck.

Grube is also the seat of the Amt ("collective municipality") Grube, which consists of the following municipalities (population in 2005 between brackets):

  • Dahme (1.176)
  • Grube * (1.047)
  • Kellenhusen (Ostsee) (1.060)
  • Riepsdorf (1.042)
