The Circle Jerks didn't credit Greg Ginn for the music on "I Don't Care" because the version on "Group Sex" features different music (e.g. chord progression and melody) than Black Flag's version. The same goes for "Wasted".

That is only true for Wasted. "I Don't Care" is Ginn's song musically, just played faster and repeating a verse.
