Gromov's compactness theorem (geometry)

In Riemannian geometry, Gromov's compactness theorem states that the set of Riemannian manifolds with Ricci curvature ≥ c and diameter ≤ D is pre-compact in the Gromov-Hausdorff metric. It was proved by Mikhail Gromov.
