[edit] Prussian academy of sciences!
Vielen Dank! This is great. I know enough German to read the de wiki but it's just fantastic that there are people like you willing ot do these translations. Cheers. Pascal.Tesson 16:54, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
- I have announced your translation at Portal:Germany/New articles and Portal:Germany/New article announcements, subpages of the Germany portal. If you write more Germany-related translations, please announce them there. Happy editing, Kusma (討論) 15:25, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Another suggestion
I guess I should be thankful for whatever translations you choose to do but given how quickly and how well you did the job on the Prussian Academy, I can't resist asking you to consider translating de:Mephisto (Roman) to Mephisto (novel) (or at least a part of it). Few books have an interesting story beyond their subject. Of course that's if you feel like it! Thanks for your work. Pascal.Tesson 17:23, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
- well that was quick! Thanks a lot. I did a bit of copyediting and it's now a very decent article and I'm hopeful that people who have read it or know more about it will eventually help in completing it. By the way, I noticed on you user page that you're from Baden Würtemberg. Where from? I spent a year and a half as a post-doc in Tübingen and know BW quite well.
