I removed the following commentary from the article:

There are a few problems with some of these theories. For one thing, most cranes are rare or close to extinction. It seems less likely they would survive another 100 million years. Another is the biomechanics for the four-winged bird. We do not know how it works. After the discovery of the four-winged predatory dinosaur Microraptor. However birds and dinosaurs can not adjust their legs so they spread out like wings. So it is assumed that they work like rudders.
