The person who added {{Replaceable fair use disputed}} did not provide a reason for disputing. Since this person is still alive, it seems to me that a free image could be created to replace this one. – Quadell (talk) (random) 18:01, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
I'm that person, and it would've been nice for you to have notified me on my talk page that you were disputing my dispute. Admins: There's currently lively discussion on the "replaceability" of promotional photos here and here; I didn't feel like duplicating the entire debate on the talk pages of every single one of the perfectly legitimate (and IMO irreplaceable) fair uses of promotional photographs. In a nutshell: this image conveys the following information: "This is how Governor Gregoire chooses to represent her image in the public eye", and this information could not be adequately conveyed by any replacement.
