Greysouthen (Pronounced: "Grey-soon") is a small village between the towns of Workington and Cockermouth, which are in Cumbria, in the North West of England.
The village doesn't have very many services but it does have a village hall which is used as a Post Office on Monday afternoons. It also has a bus service connecting Workington and Cockermouth about 10 times a day. This is the 36 bus service which is funded by the county council and operated by minor bus companies. Greysouthen has one large playing field and a smaller garden which was made for the Queen's Silver Jubilee. The village used to have a B&B but it was closed down, although there is a caravan park.
The village is surrounded by farmland and has a couple of streams running through it.
